INSTRUCTIONS

To REGISTER for a class or service, please fill out the following form, hit "Submit" AND then go to your "LOCATION" in the navigation bar and buy your NORTHSTAR PACKAGE via the PayPal button--you DON'T have to have a PayPal account to make a purchase.

Of course, you may call or walk into one of our offices during posted times to pay in person.
